Form to Report Cars Without Permits

INFORMATION
Please utilize this page to report non registered vehicles on the property.

When a resident or staff person observes a vehicle parked in either the parking spaces behind the gate or in front of the gate that does not have a resident parking permit or temporary GUEST parking permit the following steps should be followed:
1. Using the form below, report a vehicle without a permit.
2. After two days if the vehicle has not moved a notice will be placed on the windshield stating the owner of the vehicle should contact the Front Desk personnel to obtain a permit.
3. After two more days have passed and the owner has not obtained the required permit, the Community Manager shall send an email blast to all residents asking if anyone knows who owns the vehicle.
4. If two more days pass with no one identifying the owner, THE CAR WILL BE TOWED.

This policy was approved by the HOA Board of Directors at the April 26, 2022 meeting.
