Located in the heart of Downtown Scottsdale, enjoy the ambiance of Spanish architecture in this 113-unit condominium community. Two five-story buildings encircle our beautiful courtyard that features a year-round heated deep pool, BBQ area, and meandering paths accented by our beautiful landscaping.

Get together with friends, family, or neighbors in our cozy lounge rooms, or enjoy yourself in one of our eight amenity rooms.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Board of Directors for the Marquessa Homeowners Association is to preserve and enhance our community and investments by maintaining common property and preserving our covenants and deed restrictions through fair, ethical, equitable, and objective measures. Actions and considerations by the Board will be to do all things necessary and proper that are in the best interests of all homeowners of the Association.

Apply a fair, ethical, and objective approach with respect to the interests of all homeowners.
Work with members in a professional, objective, and ethical manner and resolve or respond to requests in a timely manner.
Protect and enhance the value of our neighborhood by maintaining all common areas.
To make and implement responsible decisions regarding the use of funds and assets belonging to the Association.
