Architectural Rules & Request Form
Request for Architectural Approval
To submit a request for approval, please print and complete the form below.
PLEASE OVERLOOK THE ARCHITECTURAL RULES
Provide sufficient detail, including location and description of architectural request. You may attach drawings and photographs if you wish. After you have completed the form, email or take it to the community manager at the front desk and they will forward it to the Architectural Committee.
An Architectural Committee Member will contact you to confirm your request and conduct follow up. The member will also secure Board approval, if necessary. You can expect a response to your request in no more than 30 days.
You should not proceed with your architectural change request without a written response from the Board of Directors. In the event the Board fails to respond within 30 days, the request shall be deemed denied.
