Bicycles
Please refer to this document if you intend to store your bike on the Marquessa property.
All bicycles must be registered with the front desk and have a sticker affixed to the frame or handlebars. Bike storage in one of the interior stairwells must pay an annual fee of $25. No fee required for parking bicycles in the external bicycle racks.
The Association shall not be liable for damage or loss of bicycles parked or stored anywhere on the property.
